SQL Projekt AG has been an IT service provider for standard and individual solutions in the areas of data, system and process integration and automation for more than 30 years with over 2,000 implemented solutions. With the low-code integration platform Transconnect, the company supports its customers from industry and administration in the integration of interfaces and applications, strategy, IT consulting, digital transformation, change management, Industry 4.0 and software development. SQL Projekt AG has been on the market for over 25 years. There are over 300 installations of Transconnect, of which over 50% are in manufacturing and industry or public administration with maintenance contracts already running for several years. Installations of several million data objects are typical for medium-sized customers and larger public authorities with large databases and different data sources. To date, more than 5 billion data transactions have been profitably implemented with Transconnect in various customer segments.

These connectors are interfaces that enable data and information to be exchanged seamlessly between different software applications or systems.

A connector plays a crucial role as it ensures interoperability between different technologies. This is particularly important in companies that use a variety of software applications and systems to support different business processes. By using connectors, companies can ensure that data flows smoothly between their applications and systems without the need for manual intervention.

Typically, business integration platforms offer a collection of predefined connectors for common applications and systems, such as CRM systems, ERP systems, databases, cloud services and more. These predefined connectors make integration much easier and enable companies to link different technologies together to optimize and automate their business processes. Transconnect gives you an overview of your systems

As a central server platform, our solution ensures that different systems work together in real time or according to individual process requirements. Standardized open technologies based on XML ensure seamless data and information flows - both within the company and in communication with business partners.

This creates homogeneous IT landscapes that save costs in two ways: Firstly, it opens up new options for optimizing business processes. On the other hand, the traditionally high integration costs, which Gartner estimates at 30 to 40 percent of total costs, are reduced. A rapid return on investment is guaranteed. With Transconnect, you can implement integration scenarios quickly, cost-effectively and without any negative impact on system stability.

Guarantee 100% data security

Users interact with the system via an authenticated session. The login takes place via an HTTPS connection between the browser and the web interface or an SSL-encrypted RMI connection to the Transconnect server.

The integration solution authenticates users to the domain (or another LDAP-based directory service) and determines all group/role affiliations in the domain and all local groups or roles from the connected information sources.

In a Microsoft Windows domain, the integration solution is operated in single sign-on mode by default (via Kerberos, NTLM or CAS). Additional users can be created and roles assigned via the Management Center (Transconnect Manager) (e.g. administrator role). In the data source configuration, additional access rights can be created based on roles in addition to the data source's own access rights.
