With our own cable assembly line for high-quality connection cables, we offer customized and unique cabling solutions for Industrial Ethernet and automation applications. Manufacturing of high quality cable assemblies
Our core expertise is the production of high-quality network connection cables for offices, data centers, and industrial automation. We provide a variety of connecting components customized for the application area.
Injection molding
With the know-how and in-house development of injection molds, we offer a variety of different overmolding designs for RJ45 and M12 connection cables. We always focus on application-specific and user-friendly design of the respective connectors and connection cables. Our expertise is the innovative and customized development of injection molds and patch cords.
Development of customized solutions
From the initial technical enquiry to the development, production, and delivery of high-quality cable types and modules, we support you with our expertise and extensive experiences.
Our latest innovation development is the intelligent and rapid identification of cables assemblies and connection technology with the help of RFID technology. This enables traceability, quality management, and the handling of specific product datas. We provide various cable ties and flags, as well as over molded patch cords with integrated RFID-tags.

Circular connector cable assembly for industrial applications
AIXONTEC is one of the leading manufacturers of cabling solutions for industrial ethernet applications. We offer a wide range of innovative products and solutions for high speed data and signal transmissions, out of one single source. Our Engineering and assembly line is based in our Headquarter in Germany, where we ensure high quality standards based on ISO 9001. With our in-house injection molding production, we offer a solid and excellent quality for customized assembled cables. We always focus on application-specific and user-friendly design of the respective connectors and patch leads.
AIXONTEC produce customized circular connectors and patch cord according to customer’s needs. We offer a wide range of industrial Ethernet cables with water-, UV-, oil-, mud-, chemical-, temperature- and abrasion-resistant properties as well as drag chain cables for continuous motion applaications.
Our lates developed M12 X Code patch cord offers 10GbE data transmission based on a high quality industrial Ethernet cable with special features for Outdoor, Oil & Gas applications and chemical plants.
MDB - Modular Distribution Box
The AIXONTEC Modular Distribution Box (MDB) is a unique multimedia solution to realize a high quality cabling solution on a DIN rail. The robust metal housing can be equipped with different front panels and also used for wall mounting or any flat suface. The modular distribution housing MDB is available in fiber optic (up to 48 fiber cores) and copper version (12 keystone jacks/12 circular connectors). Any customization for multimedia applications are available upon request.
CABLEReel
With our CABLEReel product line we offer different pre-assembled fiber optic and copper cable drums for mobile cable extension and connection. Our cable reel are available as IP20 and IP54 solution for mobile outdoor and industrial use. AIXONTEC CABLEReel are mainly used for event managment, TV channel setup, mobil industrial application, advertisment technology in sports stadiums. customization are available upon request.
TFC- Tactical Field Connector
The solid connector system „TFC - Tactical field connector“ is used in the telecommunications and military area. The heavy aluminum housing with bayonet twist lock is dust, waterproof (IP65) and protected against vibrations by its locking bolt. The high-quality RJ45 Cat.6A coupler in connection with the RJ45 plug is suited for data transmissions up to 10 GbE. The RJ45 plug side is protected against cable bending with a special spring strain relief and is suitable for cable diameters from 6 to 6,5 mm. We offer suitable, high-quality data cables for the system for fixed and mobile outdoor use. The system can be assembled in the field and can be installed on site by qualified installers.
